The representatives of Serbian Radiation and Nuclear Safety and Security Directorate (SRBATOM), at the invitation of the Ministry of Mining and Energy and the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, attended the public debate on the draft Law on Amendments to Energy Law, which was held yesterday in the premises of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia.

The participants of this public debate are the representatives of the state authorities and organizations, public services, business entities and associations, as well as any other interested parties.

The public debate on the draft Law on Amendments to Energy Law will be held between 21 August and 10 September 2024 and the participants can submit their remarks, proposals and suggestions to the Ministry of Mining and Energy of Serbia.

The draft Law on Amendments to Energy Law is available on the website of the Ministry of Mining and Energy. Once this public debate is completed, the Ministry will assess all remarks and suggestions made by the public debate participants and compile the report on the public debate. The report will then be published on the website of the Ministry of Mining and Energy and eKonsultacije portal.
