The representatives of Serbian Radiation and Nuclear Safety and Security Directorate attended yesterday within the IAEA 63rd General Conference the presentation of the International Conference on Nuclear Security that is to be held 10-14 February next year in the IAEA Headquarters in Vienna.

This meeting underlined the importance of such Conference for preserving and further improving the national regimes of nuclear security as means to maintain the international cooperation in reinforcing nuclear security in general.

The delegation of the Republic of Serbia also attended yesterday the presentation on the status and activities in decommissioning of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant.
