During the 63rd IAEA General Conference, the new and improved platform InTouch+ was presented as a way to enhance and facilitate the application process for the candidates for workshops, training courses and other events within IAEA TC programme.

The current InTouch platform has a number of shortcomings pointed at by the users worldwide.

The modifications, serving to improve the platform, will make room for more efficient and easier utilization of the platform, both for the users and the counterparts when corresponding with the IAEA.

The Republic of Serbia intends to fully use the platform at the beginning of 2020.
