The head of the Office of Legal Affairs of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Anthony Weatherall, today on behalf of his team and in his own name, sent a message of gratitude to Slađan Velinov, director of the Directorate for Radiation and Nuclear Safety and Security of Serbia (SRBATOM), on the occasion of the two-week Interregional og course a o nuclear law .

Wetherall, who was one of the IAEA experts during this course, expressed his gratitude on warm welcome and hospitality, the dedication of Director Velinov and his associates, as well as carefully planned details that contributed to the success of the course.

“The course provided an excellent opportunity for knowledge exchange and capacity building among participants, and it would not have been possible without the dedication and support of SRBATOM and the University. I am confident that the training will have a lasting impact of all who attended, furthering our collective goals in the field of nuclear law”, said Anthony Wetherall in his letter while expressing his satisfaction with the opportunities for further collaboration and hopes to visit Serbia again.
